RPBWe seem to spend a lot of time working on our big lifts in CrossFit, but the simple body weight exercise can get left behind.  Why… because they are hard work and require a lot of practice and time to master.  Where do you start, and how do you build the strength and skills required to master your bodyweight?

The guys from “Recession Proof Body” are coming to Momentum Training to share their calisthenics skills and experiences.   From basic body CrossFit gymnastics exercises like press-ups, dips, pull-ups, muscle-up to parallel bars, gymnastics rings and high bar exercises.

Back leavers, front levers, single arm pull-ups and handstands are broken down into simple progressions to learn the technique and build the required strength.

The workshop will be taught in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and is designed for ALL skills/strength levels.
